2. Cancelling an online order
If you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, unless an exclusion applies.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within this 14-day period.

- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- The item or items you want to return
You then have 14 days from the date you tell us you want to cancel to return the goods to us.
3. Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened
- Products where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken
- Products that have been used or tested
- Products that are not in a resalable condition
- Personalised or custom-made items, if applicable
This does not apply if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
4. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In a resalable condition
- Returned with any accessories, free gifts or samples included with the order, where applicable
We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because you handled them more than necessary.
5. Return postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund if it meets the conditions in this policy.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We will refund the standard delivery cost you paid, if applicable. We do not have to refund any extra delivery cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery service.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned them.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please include:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged, faulty or incorrect item, where possible
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will offer a remedy in line with your statutory rights. This may include a refund, replacement or other appropriate solution.
8. Products damaged in delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- The delivery label
This helps us investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
9. Sale items
Sale items can be returned in the same way as full-price items, unless an exclusion applies.
10. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order.
11. How long refunds take
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
